Its pricing tools etc. are not on par with other services. Now that Airbnb has introduced its own native automatic messaging feature, I have no use for Host Tools.

Difficult to use on mobile device web browser after the recent update. I haven’t used it on a computer recently.

It's so much easier, my life become so fresh. Integration is so fast! and It gives me what I need.

I also like the website link where your housekeeper can check all the future cleanings in one big list. However, this list doesn't have any optionality to add text or notes onto the reservations.

Lack of team management. We have 15 (and growing) users where it is mission critical to know who is doing what.
