The interface is clean and intuitive, so training time is usually short, and basic day-to-day operations (check-in/out, room assignment, reservations) flow smoothly.

We faced issues with their team loading our existing bookings all under only 1 name, then changing to our reservation team name, losing traces and important details, and not even realizing they were wrong: we had to explain why we could not have 30 reservations under the same name, then again why the reservations could not be under our sales team name!

What I liked most about Hotelogix is its user-friendly system and intuitive interface.

Creating a reservation, check in or check out, is very easy and fast.

All this comes at a fairly decent annual fee compared to other similar PMS.

Customer support is available 24 hours and they are always there to help.

Even after more than a year, they remain very accommodating and extremely easy to work with.

POS not integrating with PMS with loss of revenue.

Also the support team is very quick and prompt service 24/7 .

Splitting of one single booking in different room categories in the same hotel for different dates can be very easily done in Hotelogix-

The application disconnects a little bit too frequently and login process, using captcha and confirming front desk all the times, takes away some precious seconds especially if I am on a phone call or checking in customers at the reception.

They have been extending wonderful support to all our resorts that we manage Marketing and Reservations.

Connects seamlessly with the OTA s. channel manager and Booking Engine.

It does not function as expected in comparison with some of the other PMS options.

Anytime there is a modification email from an OTA, if we had already charged a one night deposit etc, and the guest modifies, I have to do a lot of technical work to get the accounts accurate, because it creates a whole new reservation and there are 4 payment screens to make accurate.

It is good user friendly PMS system that is compatible with Channel manager and only wish there was a training schema that can be given to new team members who join the team and they can use and learn and it will not have any impact on the live operations.

Our Accounting software is still not integrated due no respond from the Account Manager.

All over experience is excellent nice to use this PMS as auto inventory system helped to manage inventory   

As Administrator, it's easy to make changes as needed to motel information, rates, etc.

Because of big room inventory sometimes it takes long to update.

You can't just opt out of the rounding option so when it figures you have a wierd carryover, it automatically adjusts it, causing us problems closing folios sometimes.

I have used it about three month and not have a proper training however I have had a proper assistance from InnRoad when I need it, now I feel very comfortable on able to navigate the system and accomplish most off the day-to-day tasks and the majority of its functions.
