What is Orbis?
ORBIS is a tool for integrating the processes used by travel agencies. It covers reservations, issuing receipts, delivery notes, customer invoices, refunds, collections, follow-up of reservations or budgets. The system centralizes all commercial operations on a single platform.
The application is compatible with the main air, hotel, and car reservation systems, such as SAVIA / AMADEUS, GALILEO, and WORLDSPAN. It also links train reservations from the SIRE system (RENFE) and integrates all the information in a single sales record. ORBIS makes it possible to send SMS to customers from within the application. This ensures tracking of each of the processes.
The system also simplifies the company's accounting processes by automatically linking with various accounting applications, such as SAGE SP CONTAPLUS. It thus eliminates the need to manually enter data into the company's database. The software plans are tailored to the needs of tour operators in retail or wholesale agencies with versions for single-user, two-user or local network installation. It uses the Windows operating system.
