This software is really easy to use, it's user friendly easy to understand once you get the hang of it. If you have a lot of properties to manage this is the site that is really best for you.

Very slow to respond to problems. Our pin location has been wrong for months which really makes our guests mad when they think that they are renting a unit located on the other side of town.

Rentals United was already integrated with our PMS from Res Harmonics. It is very easy to connect new properties and units to Rentals United and their customer support is very good.

It fails miserably to protect from double bookings which is the whole point of it. There staff are shockingly bad, well except the super sales person who persuaded us to sign up.

There are so many things that we appreciate about this software - first and probably most importantly, we appreciate it's stability.

The more properties you have better the price. After our research and having circa 40 units to manage, it was the best value for money as the price is fixed and you know exactly how much you will pay.

While of course all the big ones are there, we really love that we have access niche platforms which give us so much more exposure on the market.

So you don't need the huge amount of channels proposed by RU. A good PMS connected with main channels is more than enough.

We did not file an account closer ticket so our account renewed when we ask for a refund the denied it. Even though we had not used this service at all in 4 months.

Their development team is always on-top of everything. Another huge advantage is the sheer number of platforms that are available for integration through RU.

Software with good ideas but unethical management, terrible functionality and poor communication.

It's a bit difficult to use when you have many properties - in our case, we used the multicalendar available in the software and integrated external communication service available on RU.

I guess the only downside is that we are so accessible to our guests. But they even have answers for that you can program in if it is a problem.

Sends a friendly reminder to our guests about their stay in case something happened and they forgot to cancel, which then allows us to provide better and maximize revenue.
