Benefits of using Rentals United

Property information can be imported using the property upload tool, the Rentals United API, or through a connected property management system (PMS).

Availability is automatically updated whenever a booking is made on any channel, or when dates are blocked in the calendar, and property descriptions, pictures, and prices can also be updated.

The pricing upload system supports per-channel price scaling, example daily pricing based on length of stay and number of guests, length of stay discounts, and last minute booking discounts.

Very slow to respond to problems. Our pin location has been wrong for months which really makes our guests mad when they think that they are renting a unit located on the other side of town.

It fails miserably to protect from double bookings which is the whole point of it. There staff are shockingly bad, well except the super sales person who persuaded us to sign up.
