There were little issues, but they were addressed promptly. It is amazing what can all be done from this program.

Compared to the other systems I considered, they were either very clunky and buggy (I used Resnexus for a while before I got frustrated and found Firefly), or they were just too expensive.

I'm not able to right click and open a new tab on any of the links, this has been frustrating specifically for POS items.

There were a few things missing that we needed, but when we asked about them, the developer added them.

Arrivals that are not checked in/haven't arrived by closing disappear from the arrivals list the next day which makes the next shift need to search for anyone who stills owes money from last night.
