It truly lives up to its promise of making things simple – the user interface is incredibly easy to navigate, and setting up new channels, mapping rates, and managing inventory is about as straightforward as it gets. Plus, the insights it offers have definitely helped us optimize our performance.

Sometimes hard to see if changes have affected something you might not have wanted to. That you have to add a set rate for an extra person, instead of a percentage. That you have to put a default rate and this is sometimes live without my knowledge eg, if I haven't allocated rates past a certain date on our PMS, I wouldn't realise until someone makes a reservation.

Having to pull individual reports for each of my 7 hotels adds unnecessary time and effort when trying to get a holistic view of our performance.
