SiteMinder helps us to gain control over our bookings and availability. It is easy to use, has helped us to save a lot of staff hours, and has great support.
The technical support is not available on weekends. If you have a catastrophic failure on the weekend you are doomed.
Siteminder awesome , be better and good service to integrated the system in the future.
We lost money because of technical issues with the Little Hotelier product from SiteMinder we use. Siteminder refused to compensate.
I'm using this software on behalf of a client and have found it to be a great resource and really gives a great picture of their business.
And if your problem (one that is caused by a siteminder malfunction and one that can be losing your small business money)) ends up in the tech department - then watch out.
The revenue managers all find the system very user friendly and the Siteminder team a pleasure to deal with.
You don't have a choice of Payment Gateways in Europe other than Paypal - which is terrible.
It's super clear and transparent. Interface is fairly easy to use.
Date picker widget is useless, just a square box with no options at all, customization not possible. Reservation dates (check in/out) are delivered not in UK format.
It is a good toll in our case to integrate between our PMS system and the OTAS that we work with such as Expedia and Booking.com.
My communication emails to guests says 'Pay at property' - Support told me just write somewhere else on the email that they should ignore that and what they should really do.

Easy to use for the administrator as well as the every day user. Great customer service and amazing help setting it all up in the first place.
There is zero support, they send you to a knowledge base and NO PHONE TO CALL. The api to airbnb does not work and actually blocks calendars randomly.
Our customers like the Booking Engine, and we like the integration with the sites like Booking.com and Expedia. We also like the variety of financial reports.
Inability to add service and tax charges at the end of the bill ( ie- the total of tax & service charges, not on each item). Nowhere to leave notes to others using the system.
Fantastic customer support (usual queries resolved in less than an hour). Lot of useful reports and features like housekeeping and cash draw.
Wish it could stop us from renting rooms that are marked dirty or at least give us a pop-up warning. Don't like the way we have to do group reservations on it.
We switched to Cloudbeds almost a year ago and we experienced an amazing improvement in sales since the very beginning of our adventure. We love it and will keep growing with it.
Our bounce rate quadrupled overnight as people would leave the website thinking we had no availability. There are no reports for the accounting side.
We are very happy with the software - it gives us exactly what we need and the results are excellent. Great Support and very helpful when it comes to problems.

It has been good working with them and the customer support has been wonderful. The learning curve is really steep so it just takes time to get things really set up and understood.
Response time can be delayed due to timezone challenges.

The back end functionality for making reservations was really nice, drag-and-drop, clean, etc. The customer service agent I talked to was friendly, like most Canadians tend to be.
Beside that, it is very hard to find a flaw of this software.
The ease of use is my favorite part about this software. I have a lot of employees that aren't the best with technology and they caught on so quickly.
You'll get more than what you pay for. Very little price to pay for all the features and functions of InnGrid.
They are the most helpful, friendly and understanding people. If they can't help me out right away then they will work to help me as soon as possible.
Twice the program forced me to buy a larger program. The first time I could continue with my work, but the second time Roomsy stopped and I had to buy up.
This feature is awesome. I also love that I have a floating dialog box that I can quickly and easily look at all of the important items for today.
Limited connectivity to OTAs and a my allocator account is needed to access some markets.
I love the simplicity, clean interface of the software, ease of use, and accessibility.

Great overall for the past three years. I am growing my Buisness this year and hope pricelabs continues to better there product and reach in the industry.
Whilst $9.99 is nothing in the scheme of things, having to pay an extra $10 for market analysis is a bit lame.
Customer support is outstanding, including the ability to connect directly with the founders of the company and some of the key scientists on the team.
I was very skeptical paying money for service that I really didn't know much.
Customer service has been wonderful to work with any time I have a question, they are very quick to help.
I also don't see much value in the marketplace dashboards. They are lacking more development.
The ability to customize prices for certain seasons and the amount of flexibility with different pricing and minimum stays is fantastic.
No app and the website itself doesn't fit on a mobile screen.
I love the ease of use but more importantly, I love the impact it has had on the health of my business and driving revenue and overall client happiness.

Our overall experience with InnKeeper's Advantage was akin to a family, never like a business. We've grown and with our growth, so have they, and their product features just get better every year.
Due to circumstances beyond my control when I began managing the Inn there was no one available to teach or train me at the Inn itself.
Innkeeper's Advantage answered all the questions I had and allowed me to learn how to manage the business thanks to the fantastic customer support and software itself working so well.
The smallness of the + you have to click on. As a 67 year old business owner, it is hard for me to see small print, even with my glasses.

At first, blocking rooms or making mass updates was clunky but since last year, they've make that task very easy...so by now, I can't think of any dislikes.
They return calls quickly and work hard to resolve any issues. We feel like they are really interested in helping us to be successful.
Some guests struggle with the reservation system - it's maybe not so obvious that they have to start by entering the dates of stay to have the system work fluidly.

Not only is the RezStream Cloud a great PMS, the RezStream support team is fantastic. When they switch us over from the Pro version to the new Cloud system the transformation was flawless.
The reports on this software are a bit confusing.
My business has become reliant on this software and virtually eliminated the need for paper. The support with this software is awesome!!! I have always had my questions answered right away.
That is a big loss in our income. When I get an online reservation and need to go into Shift 4 for cc info.
The thing I like most about this program is the ability to offer on-line booking. This has greatly increased our booking in our shoulder seasons.
We can access it from any where and no longer depend on our own server.
We like the simplicity of the Occupancy Map and the (relatively) new ability to change the rates and minimum number of nights on the fly with the Quick Rate Editor.
And of course, all that you do in the occupancy map immediately reflects in the online booking engine, no additional steps needed.

There are other PMS companies out there that offer all the bells and whistles yet when it comes time to get support when you need it most, good luck trying to get a quick response.
Tracking multiple properties with day to day ease is valuable as well as integrated booking engine usage, financial tracking as well.
