Sometimes hard to see if changes have affected something you might not have wanted to. That you have to add a set rate for an extra person, instead of a percentage. That you have to put a default rate and this is sometimes live without my knowledge eg, if I haven't allocated rates past a certain date on our PMS, I wouldn't realise until someone makes a reservation.

MEWS doesn’t receive rate updates from SiteMinder, so the integration isn’t truly two-way.

Waiting time for the live chat needs to be decreased by hiring more agents and faster responses and actions.

The fact that I can efficiently manage over 900 rooms across my 7 hotels through one platform is a testament to its power.

STAAH is a multi language management platform so that our staff can use it in their own language, which is a great advantage for operations.
