Once I needed to cancel a flight because my business trip was canceled, but I still needed that flight for personal reasons. Because the cancelation needs to be first processed by TravelPerk, it's much slower than canceling with the airline directly, which means you don't know if that ticket is going to be available on the airline's website and when.

I have no complains about the user experience, the rates, the customization, the support team.
