It offers useful reports, flexible rate options, and connects well with other systems like AirBnB.

Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and it may take extra training or repetition before users become comfortable navigating the system. While powerful, the learning curve can be a barrier for occasional users.

Also when making a reservation, the address information under guest info does not automatocally copy down under payment info so you have to enter it twice.

For example, gross amount of room charges from the restaurant are recognized as revenue although they include taxes payable and service charges payable.

For groups, if you miss one thing it will not hold the rooms, or you get errors.. and the block does not hold the rooms.

Like not being able to make reservations when people show up. Or change their rooms when people show up.

Adding QB directly into the system would be a bonus, but it is not a deal breaker.  

The accounting reports are worthless and do not match the reports from the POS systems.

I can no longer get full sized screens of the reservations when opening them.

It is quite easy to use, but there has to be other quick functions like checking in all guests from a group at one time, or checking them all out at one time.

As the GM I can not override things unless I unlock them for all to override.

On that note, when we first started I loved the documentation but now it’s a bit of a pain point for me.

This is a go-to if you are in the hospitality business.

The rate management function can be cumbersome however, the there are plenty of interfaces with rate and revenue management software providers that give us the efficiency we need.

I would like to have a maintenance platform to keep track of work orders that can be linked to each unit and sent directly to the maintenance staff.

I love how easy it is to move rooms around in the interactive calendar.

We set up WebRezPro several years ago and the one on one help was amazing.  

The crown jewel of your product is the service and support.

From the beginning with our Account Rep [sensitive content hidden] to our trainer [sensitive content hidden] is has been a great experience!

According to their support, this is the way they do it and cannot be changed.

The financial report options and stat reports could use a few more options.

THis is because the guests gives us the physical card to charge. Once we return the physical card back, the print out does not show the full 16 digits. Although we have used Credit Card, we are unable to fill the digits in the system.

The accounting platform is extremely poor.

The system is very reliable, the professional staff is outstanding

Setting up discount rates/codes is not the easiest and often one little setting will make it not work.

The software has the type of flexibility that we need to run a small rural resort where staff is hard to come by so we needed to create a lot of unique setups.  

The platform is very intuitive super easy to train staff on it.

The overall experience could be summarized in one word....  frustrating.

I'm used to AutoClerk- I'm used to being able to make changes, without having to switch between 'edit' and 'change'- when the guest is on the phone and jumping all around, this can be flustering.
