What is WebRezPro?

WebRezPro is a cloud-based hospitality property management system designed for independent and chain hotels, hostels, campgrounds, and vacation rentals, which offers an online booking system and multiple third-party integrations and partnerships.

Key benefits of using WebRezPro

Room reservations can be packaged with other products, including tours and activities, and discounts offered for groups including senior citizens, auto club members, and more.

Rooms can be set aside in blocks, with special rates, for special events, group bookings, or tour operators, with release dates to automatically return inventory if the room allocation is unused.

Group bookings can be managed with master or individual invoices and reservations, and payments applied either to the group booking or to individual reservations.

Customize automated emails to be sent pre-arrival and after a stay, and use templates for confirmations, rental agreements, waiting lists, and more.

Optional module for hourly bookings allows a single room to be booked multiple times for a single day, for facilities such as conference rooms.

Booking setups can be customized for campsites, including cabins, tent sites, and RV sites, and hostels, with private rooms and dorm beds.

Pros
It's in the cloud and you can work remotely, if need be, and is user friendly once user is familiar. Additionally, WRP support is very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Their customer service is also outstanding - you aren't put on hold at all and are immediately greeted by a friendly customer service associate. We're really happy so far.
I like dealing with WorldWebTechnolgies, they are reliable and always available to help.
Cons
Difficult navigation when in need of customizing the platform for our businesses specific needs. Sometimes met with some blocks which make it difficult to accommodate guests of the hotel.
I'm not a fan of the way the receipts are set up, as they post all charges, instead of just the current charges.
Before WebRezPro we were a mess. We used another reservation software company that was a big let down for us.

Could not live without WebRezPro

I could not imaging doing our business without WebRezPro. Discovering them was the best gift I could offer myself. Of course there is the pain of setting everything up and learning how it works, but man o man, what a difference it made in my life. It keeps much more order in my daily routine, eliminated the double bookings, creates email templates sent it automatic to guest without having to remember...

Pros

Everything from it's functionality, to the endless resources that is offered to us. It makes our job much easier, but most of all the team and support. That is by far what makes this software so valuable, is real people giving support that care about their customers. And it is a Canadian base company :)

Cons

Calendar upload time: My calendar is very slow to download, it may have something to do with the number of properties we have. But I am sure this can be fix when I take the time to bring it up to the team. Phone support: Is on week days only, and on (Central Standard Time) which is a bit early for us on the west coast (Pacific Standard Time) . It would be nice to have the hours extended and adding weekends too. But on the other hand, we are not left empty handed, as they do offer email support on weekends and after hours, that is monitored very closely.

Good property software for a seasonal business.

Very good so far in our 3rd year using this software. The employees are still happy.

Pros

Offers an offseason discount on the subscription and the customer service is outstanding. Native English speakers (Canadians) that are very easy to understand.

Cons

There are things that other programs have but this surprisingly still does not have. They take suggestions on improvements and some customer service employees comment that it is a really good idea but, the changes are slow or do not happen often enough.

Easy to use Software

Pros

Its easy to set up. There is Interface with the CHannel Manager to get an overall snapshot of the room calender. It is also Easy to Check In and Check out guests.

Cons

If all rooms are occupied, for me to swap rooms, I will need to do a temporary change of stay date to free up one room, for the move. This creates an extra step. I hope the Development team will provide a 'temporary' unallocated room status for the clerk to temporarily place a room.I also need to Add Credit Card as a Payment type, without having to know the 16 digits to key in. THis is because the guests gives us the physical card to charge. Once we return the physical card back, the print out does not show the full 16 digits. Although we have used Credit Card, we are unable to fill the digits in the system.

Phenomenal customer service!

Great! Any issues are always solved quickly and the system has been very reliable. I use it all day almost everyday, especially in the summer and an outage would wreck my business so I appreciate their website always being accessible. Hopefully an app or more mobile friendly website becomes available soon.

Pros

The customer service! I love the ability to email a question at anytime and get a response in the same day. I also like that WebRezPro is pretty good at continuously adding new helpful features. Also, the payment integration with authorize.net has been a game changer!

Cons

It's not mobile friendly. I prefer the interactive calendar and it's not an option on an iPad or iPhone. I would also like an easier way to switch people around from room to room.

WebRezPro PMS Review

Before WebRezPro we were a mess. We used another reservation software company that was a big let down for us. What I mentioned about everything I liked most about WebRezPro was everything we didn't have with our former reservation software company. And the biggest and most crucial piece of WebRezPro that makes me push this company to others in the travel industry, is the customer support. I have never called for support (during working hours of course) and had no one answer. You all rock! From [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (our sales consultant) to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (my implementation coach), and support staff team members like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]...you make my life so much easier!!

Pros

I love everything about the software! It is so user-friendly that even this "old school" lady can use it. The first part for me was making the reservations online and off. It is desk-clerk friendly and traveler-friendly which ultimately makes it easier for my staff and customers. The second part has to be the email set-up for constant communication with my travelers. And the third, but not the last nor least, would be the integration of OTAs. All of this makes my life so much easier, and I finally sleep through the night without worry about my properties!

Cons

The only thing would be the integration with HomeAway, but I can do without for what I am getting upfront with your system.
