Helps maintain positive culture, which drives innovation and productivity.
The simplicity. It really doesn't take long to fill out every week, yet I feel I have the perfect tool to communicate with my managers. I also believe the "High-Five" feature is a great way to drive hype and keep momentum going.
I wish there was a progress bar for completion.

I have no experience with the admin site of this program, but as an employee - it's fantastic. I can connect with my manager asynchronously, and recognize my coworkers for the amazing work they do every day. They can give me high fives too! It's a huge value add to the cultural aspect of our remote company.

Our team uses 15Five to communicate ideas, wins, and identify issues. Especially as our offices expand and our team grows, it's been wonderful to have a tool that holds accountable and provides some continuity across the board. We've also been using it as reinforcement for training so that our new members can reiterate important information. Our account and sales teams are able to share big wins and improvements and our team supports have tools to gain insight they might otherwise miss. Our company participates in profit sharing and the "High 5" feature allows me to see who I've consistently been praising and for what reason--allowing me a more educated recommendation.

I'd like to see analytics and suggestions from it. More company surveys and numbers offered--quizzes or other interactive components that would allow our team to have deeper insight into our employees challenges, happiness or frustrations.

Great software for company wide communications.
This is great software to facilitate communication between employees and management. From both sides, the daily check-in or meetings can be hard, this software streamlines this software and makes the communication much more smooth and painless.
The larger your company gets, the more expensive this software gets, and at a certain point (once the culture is established), the value starts to diminish.

15Five helps with team morale and the culture within your workplace by identifying areas of improvement that often go overlooked. It uses a system that works based on routine, psychology and insights to improve the at-work culture. I'm really impressed with the platform.
I really like how all it takes is 15 minutes a weeks to answer questions which are valuable for every level of management. Employees need to feel that they are learning and growing every week - 15Five helps with that in an organized insightful way. I find a lot of issues get brought up using the system that otherwise an employee wouldn't mention.
Changing the order of questions for different groups and employees is not user friendly.

Organizational tool to keep my team moving towards their goals and ensuring we are offering a culture that matches our values.
I love the actionable items to track 1:1's so that my team and I reference the same listing and that it carries forward to the next meeting. I don't have to keep track of a spreadsheet or paper with notes. It is all there for me.
The OKR's can be clunky when wanting to see all the different inputs into a departmental or company goal. It would be helpful to see the direct links in a better way that is more easily digested.

15Five is a great way of improving employee morale and at the same time keeping track on what others are working on. I actually met with my previous boss a week ago and recommended this product for her organization.
I like the weekly questions and how they pertain to the culture and organizations. I also enjoy the high fives we get to give and receive.

I have been able to keep my boss in the loop when it comes to ongoing projects, potential issues and my personal needs to improve my productivity.
15Five keeps the task of updating your boss extremely simple. Depending on their questions you can keep them in the loop about projects, personal goals and company culture.

15Five has been a benefit to the culture of our team and leadership development. However, because of the cost, we frequently find ourselves asking if it is still worth it.
15Five is a compelling tool that bundles individual performance measurement assessment with team-wide positive feedback. It makes it easier to build healthy rhythms and checkpoints into the culture of your team.
15Five is on the expensive side, especially when you consider how many organizations are now repurposing free or low-cost project management software to measure employee performance.

Company culture is one of the most important parts about working for our company. This tool not only helps us reinforce our culture, but also keeps team accountability fresh and current. Recognition, reinforcement, and motivation is crucial and 15Five helps us do that so that it's an engagement opportunity, not a weekly obligation. Love the new features added and look forward to the new tools as this seems to be growing at the same rate as our own organization.
Ease of use combined with the features make this a fun tool for leaders and team members alike.
The only con is working in all the cool features as a new user. We want to use it all right now, but also need to grow into some of these features.

I really appreciate 15Five. It is user-friendly, easy to switch from screen to screen, and integrates with other software we use at my company like Slack. I appreciate the way it also allows me to set weekly and yearly goals. It also provides a forum for my supervisor and me to conduct our 1:1. As a former supervisor, this would have been so helpful to use as I was managing a large team.
What I love about 15Five is the way it lifts a culture. I am new to my company and using 15Five has encouraged others to highlight my wins as I learn and grow. It also forces me at the end of the week when my review is due to think back on those who contributed to my success and growth and give them a high five (therein encouraging them). I cannot express what a joy it is to use this tool. I wish all of my former employers implemented 15Five to help lift up a more positive culture.
There is nothing I do not like about 15Five.

Our employees are scattered across the company and this is slowly connecting us.
I have been able to look all the way down to the lowest level of the org chart to identify issues much quicker. Allowing me to get a better sense of what is going on around the company to assist in the development of our culture.
I have not really used the home page at all. To much scrolling. Would like to see a single screen snap shot of what I need to see and clickable if I need to drill down. The content seen would be editable by individual users.

My favorite thing about this software is that you are able to tag users in within the review. A question often asked by managers to new employees is "Who would you like to get to know more within the company?" This is great for internal culture!
There isn't really anything I dislike - It sometimes get annoying to fill one out every single week, but that's the manager's discretion

It gives me a time to connect and share work or ideas with my boss. We are so busy that without 15Five that frequent communication just isn't possible.
I love the high five feature! It promotes a positive culture and just gives us an opportunity to thank each other for the hard work we are all putting in! I like how it forces me to think about what is coming up and reminds me of those commitments.
Nothing really... I wish I had time to do them well each week- some are better completed than others because of the time crunch.

We love 15Five! We use our 15Five metrics to support many discussions around the org., good or bad. It's a practical way for us to see a glance of our culture, recognize our employees and also keep our projects moving.
"How are you feeling?" feature does a great job keeping track of the pulse on our culture and overall employee satisfaction as a company. High Fives are a brilliant way to keep our team motivated! In fact, we use this feature to fuel who chooses lunch for us on Fridays! Really love that I get to keep track of my objectives in the tool as well. Good way to keep me honest about my progress. The weekly reminders and reports that are emailed are super helpful!

What it is used for and the problem it solves for. It fosters consistent connection between managers and employees, which is so important for culture and performance, and can be very difficult in this jam packed, fast moving work world. The ability to ask questions also allows me to collect useful insights that can be applied to how we run our company.
I do have trouble scheduling questions - but I get the BEST customer service help, every single time.

The software is intuitive, never a glitch, and part of our weekly routine. We use it to set weekly priorities, form the basis for our Managerial 1:1s and our quarterly Objective and Key Results (OKRs). It has been the single best investment for team and manager engagement. Peer-given 15Fives punctuate our culture and is great as we expand past HQ to more remote offices. I highly (and consistently) recommend this tool.
There is nothing I like least about this software.

15Five has allowed my company to hold itself, its employees, and its departments accountable to their predefined as well as prescribed goals. The high five forum allows employees to boost each other. The goals sections hold the company and its employees accountable. The questions section lets an organization hear from its employees in a way traditional open forums do not.
15Five makes it easy to input and track personal, department, and company goals A great app UX makes it easy to use on the go The high five feature is great for company culture as it gives employees a forum to support each other and give public recognition The questions feature lets you easily survey your department or entire organization, which is a great way to discover new ideas that management might not have thought of.
I don't have a single thing about this software that would keep me from recommending. It is, in my mind, the best I have encountered when it comes to goal tracking.

This really helps great a platform where staff can feel heard and valued by management, and best of all, it's delivered in a way that is easy to use and engaging. The questions are well formulated, and often lead to deeper discussion in our 1:1's, helping to create a better team environment. It's helped our team culture, as each member feels invited and supported in speaking their truth and gets immediate feedback from their supervisor, and praise from their teammates!
For our set up as a scattered team, often based out of different locations, it can be difficult to sit down on a weekly basis to complete, but this is also exactly why it's needed.

Intuitive, user friendly. The high five system is great! A wonderful way tot build morale and encourage fellow colleagues. I believe in the workplace in order to maintain productivity and a positive culture we need systems like 15Five to keep the company on track. I like the ability to choose each week whether or not I want to elaborate on my responses, some weeks I want to express it all ( positive and/or negative) others I just want to be brief because there isn't much too to tell.
Not sure if this is a software concern or a company concern, I don't think it should be a weekly frequency, bi-weekly perhaps?

It is the most meaningful performance management software I have ever used. It promotes weekly thought about "the next action" you need to take on your projects, it ensures that manager and team member are connecting regularly, it is easy to use and doesn't require an overwhelming amount of work to complete or review a report, and it naturally fits into other management best practices (e.g. one on one meetings, coaching, feedback, etc.).
I like that 15Five is focused on frequent, easy, meaningful check ins between manager and team members rather than annual performance reviews. The weekly check ins on near term work develop a rhythm of weekly talking about what is going on now, the work's relation to the larger goals and initiatives and it provides opportunity to spin off thornier topics into one on one conversations. The weekly questions provide opportunity to go into topics of career development, culture, and other future focused areas. The High Fives are a great way to bring in peer to peer recognition. Everyone loves getting a High Five!
I would like to be able to have more freedom in creating reports. The reporting that is currently available is helpful but I sometimes have needs to create more custom reports than are currently possible. Also, I would like to be able to have control over which High Fives show on the public feed (sometimes High Fives mention sensitive employee situations that you wouldn't want to include on the public feed).

I signed my team up for 15Five some time ago, hoping that this software would somehow tell me the questions I needed to ask to help them grow. When we first started our journey, the suggested questions quickly ran out, though! This was actually a great thing, as I could see the potential value, but now I needed to develop my own questions. This has been a MASSIVE recognition - software can't tell me...
- It's easy to use week-to-week and serves are our "meeting space" - The use of "repeatable questions" has allowed my team to evolve from conventional performance management solutions to an ongoing discussion of each associates performance - The visuals in the Dashboards allow me to display to the rest of the organization how my team is trending and continues to get the chatter going with other teams who don't (yet) use 15Five - The OKR feature allows us to coach our team on ensuring that they are trending well towards both their professional and personal goals
- I still struggle with the Question Queue, but have developed my own work-around to deal with that - I wish that associates were not allowed to see other responses before submitting their own each week. There are some on my team that seem to look at other responses before submitting their own - Associates should not be able to submit their responses before a pre-set date. My team is supposed to submit on Monday mornings. We are trying to drive a culture of reflection on Monday's before starting the week, but often they submit early (like on the weekend) - which has caused issues of them submitting before new questions rolled in.
