PeopleHR has enabled me to have a single source of truth for our employee data, and saves me bags of time each month.  

Setting up logbooks to collate data in the way you want is great, and using ripples to automate processes is a great way to save time for our busy HR team.

Some of the modules do not allow user to customise, i.e. notifications on employee performance and scoring wording.

We primarily use it in a core, administrative capacity rather than as a platform that enables or enhances our HR strategy. While it is usable, it does not stand out in terms of user experience, flexibility, or innovation.

Core HR tasks (employee records, absence tracking, timesheets, document storage) are generally straightforward once set up, and many users say it is logical and easy to navigate for routine work.

There are lots of compliance risks and red flags too we have had to engage lawyers due to employee complaints about certain information being made available on the system which is in breach of privacy laws. Despite raising these issues repeatedly, we are not seeing any improvement in the product or the level of support provided.
