Some of the technology is clunky at times. But all you have to do is let the support team know and they always have a solution in a short amount of time.

the program is good, I chose some gift card that worked fine, but unfortunately I also choose the virtual credit card and that is an absolute abomination, it blocks almost every payment for 24 hours, it then proceeds to keep your funds for 30 days, reasons are vague, and when asked they say "it is not a credit card we have our own rules"
