While we understand the importance of equitable hiring practices, having more flexible search criteria—especially for roles involving personal care—would help us match caregivers more effectively with client needs.

That said, there were a few limitations—such as the inability to filter applicants by gender—which occasionally made it harder to match caregivers with specific client preferences. While the system is strong in compliance and documentation, expanding its filtering and search capabilities would make it even more effective for agencies like ours.

By guiding staff through this transition with structured onboarding, training resources, and ongoing support, we not only empower them to succeed but also reinforce our commitment to streamlined, high-quality care coordination.

We also appreciate the PandaDoc integration for offer letters; however, this feature still feels a bit clunky at times, requiring additional clicks and navigation to complete the process.

One thing I like least about Apploi is that there isn’t an option to move hired employees into a different folder. Because of this, they still receive new job texts, which can be confusing.

the rating system is very silly as well too many options of how to rank canidate - just have one drop down menu with a nunch of options and sub options

I really appreciated how Apploi lets me monitor and track every candidate’s progress through our hiring pipeline in real time.

For example, status changes do not always update automatically without a browser refresh.

I find the status tabs very useful in keeping track of all candidates and their qualifications.

The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification.  

The only way I can view the candidates once they have changed status is in the employees tab.
