I have used my card many times, the first purchase was declined and I had to call the company to find out that I needed to request a code and then log in with the special code for the first time use, even though I completed the card received process.   since that first time, I have NOT had any issues even when in other states.

I’d like if there were an easy option to supplement points with our own cash. Because if the thing an employee wants costs 20 points but they’ve only earned 10, it would be great to be able to pay for it partially in points and partially via a credit card.

Also, it would be great if certain items could be on “sale” (ex.: maybe 10 points = $10 for an Amazon gift card, but maybe for other brands or products, 10 points would be worth $12, making it more appealing to get one product or gift card over another).
