I am an end user, not an Admin or decision maker. Our company uses this to reward employees for work above and beyond the call of duty. It's really cool when I get Amazon gift cards for that!
I like that I can redeem my points for gift cards or merchandise using Amazon. Pretty much anything that's available for purchase on Amazon can be ordered through Awardco.
It's not as easy to find items as it should be. You sometimes have to visit Amazon to find the exact spelling of the item in order to locate it in Awardco. The search limits to only so many (50 at last check) results, although this may have changed recently.

I find that I take the time to recognize coworkers more often than I would verbally and I can offer some tangible form of gratitude.
I use awardco as an employee and I love how simple it is to award my coworkers Kudos points and how easy and versatile it is to use them. I can buy almost anything I could want from Amazon and more.
Tracking my order isn't always the easiest and the returns process takes a few more steps than it does with normal Amazon packages, but it's still pretty easy.

I love Awardco. It allows my company to reward me for participating in activities like their health program or site activities like dressing up for Halloween. I get bonuses for my anniversary, customer service week, and the holiday season. There is a great variety to gift cards you can get. I frequently use the Amazon one to help get little things that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. It's a great little supplement to my income.I look forward to getting points and use them almost as soon as I get them. I love the program!!!

I managed the implementation & roll-out of Awardco when our company switched several years ago. It was smooth and easy from the very start. Our employees loved it from the start as well. Although I no longer manage or administer Awardco, I hope that our company continues to use it for our award programs.
I like the ease of use for employees to choose a gift and that it doesn't cost the employer unnecessary money like traditional award brochure-type programs.
There was nothing I didn't like about it when I was the administrator.
