Customer service is horrendous; their model is based on reaching out to their general support line or live chat for direct assistance, but it's a 50/50 shot as to whether you get someone knowledgeable, or whether you get someone who needs knowledge FROM YOU.

Because of their constant growth and innovation, they can't keep up with good customer service and run into lots of system issues that effect regular daily work sometimes causing significant delays, or keeping us from being able to complete work at all, or even causing more work by trying to fix things.
