We did not expect much support but Botpress was a nice surprise. They have a  very active and supportive community along with weekly office hours and Discord server which was a great resource.

I think there has to be an option to connect with human agent when chatbase is not able to respond It sometimes respond very fast and give long answers that make users feel slightly uncomfortable.

The overall pricing model is a bit clunky, and overall we were struggling to make it work beyond more hobbyist use cases.
