There are some mandatory features and tasks that needs to be added to the Bright safe(health and safety component of the system ) like the CQC compliance updates, basic care plans and assessments templates for domiciliary care providers ,daily tasks & some other stuffs which makes it incomplete and the system can not be rated as ALL IN ONE.

My experience with this company has been marked by significant communication breakdowns. When seeking specific information and answers to detailed questions, I was repeatedly transferred between agents without receiving the precise materials or responses I required.

Overall it serves its purpose of time tracking just fine and is great for tracking leave but would love to see some automation in the Overtime management sections as that is my main reason for use.

Chat is responsive and not AI as there is a name linked to the responder.

The system was difficult for me to grasp at first try but once [sensitive content hidden] was in touch its been no challenges at all.

The advice line is a real strength; being able to speak to someone knowledgeable and get clear, confident guidance is extremely reassuring.

However during my time with Bright HR I received upsell calls daily and despite telling the team my situation on wanting to leave i've received harrasment calls from the finance team 5+ times a day to the point they filled my voicemail.

Their advice has given us confidence that we’re staying compliant and handling employee matters correctly.

Her guidance gave us confidence in navigating the platform and making the most of its features.

This pattern of ineffective communication not only wasted considerable time but also demonstrated a lack of proper training or coordination among customer service representatives.

There are a lot of different screens and sections to this site, that are not applicable to my company.

More flexibility in rota designs, including 3-week rolling rotas.

It is so refreshing these days to be able to speak to actual human beings who can understand complex situations than chatbots that leave you frustrated and no better off!
