Used it extensively with the past company for over 2 year, very easy interface compared with prior ATS used having a single window interface rather than multiple tabs needing to be opened. Not sure of price as another department was handling it but ex-employee have indicated being reasonable for both individual and ability to scale upwards

Streamline. Everything you could possibly need is separated into customizable categories that have a running side tab that stays open until you decide to close it out. Everything communicates with one another, so the fact that you can post a job in your system and it will be published on your website immediately grabbed my attention. If you use ADP for payrolling then this will have you in staffing bliss! It is the Disneyland of ATS with the option of including their back office option.
If you are a small business needing multiple users, the price is a bit much. Whereas JobDiva and BambooHR would be cheaper per user.

overall my experience was not good kind of average i used Ceipal and Jobdiva which is more user friendly
I like the usability of the product provide the best experience in terms of tracking, searching , updating, and many more with great UI and work great on chrome but there are many things which makes recruitments very uneasy and long process to upload a consultant on portal.
verification of vendor, creating job, and less usable filter can make recruitment process much easy and less time taking

Used for over 2 years, compared to my current ATS (Jobdiva) find the ease of navigation easier to handle with all windows kept in a single tab
Simple user interface, single window for all notes, candidate viewing and job posting. Easy method of entering new role and updates as needed.
Compared to Jobdiva missing special mapping features where you could search for "consulting companies" and it would revert back to you results of candidates who have the consulting companies experience

I have worked on Bullhorn, Ceridian and other ATS too. But the most reliable and user friendly is Jobdiva. One of the best ATS i have seen with so many talent search features and great Customer Service.
I do not realize if i see any but can suggest improvements in order to stay tuned with the latest market trend

Major increased efficiency in our overall staffing process.
As an onboarding specialist, my favorite feature of the Job Diva CRM is the automation of the new hire process. Our company recently moved from using the Bullhorn CRM to Job Diva and I'm definitely seeing an improvement in our processes as a result.
Because there are so many features to use, it can be a bit confusing without going through some of the training Job Diva has to offer. It's a bit like trying to get an ocean liner going; there are lots of moving parts but once you've done the up-front work, efficiency will increase.

I sell staffing solutions and recruit so I utilize both the CRM and ATS side. I utilize all the features daily,
JobDiva allows you to comment easily and see what other sales people and recruiters have done with both clients and candidates. This software actually works equally well on both the CRM and ATS side.
I dont like if you enter an event with a client it doesnt show in the notes and you have to enter a note as well. Also it would be helpful if you could run a report to see which clients and candidates had been contacted in the last 30 days and which hadnt.

i would recommend Job Diva, previously i was using Bullhorn, but this is much better then bullhorn and very easy to use.
it is very Easy to use and it search according to your requirement. one of the best part it automatically create string that you can copy and use on other job portals
its create pop ups which are sometime irritated other wise i don't see any con its one of the best and easy to use

We had initially subscribed to Bullhorn only to barely use the system due to lack of sufficient training, lack of customer support and a complicated interface. We had major issues going back and forth with Bullhorn, trying to resolve matters and find a solution and we hated having to deal with them and their ATS. We finally decided to switch...

Great ATS
Its very easy to track calendar and creating reports on Job Diva. Also you need not to go to different portals to get the resume. Job diva has all of them once configured . Candidate hot-list is one the best feature in Job diva i like.
One of the cons in Job diva is that I feel the filter options, In Job diva the qualifications are updated manually,such as Visa Status, The Qualification Status in job diva should have been updated automatically at the time of Fetching the resumes from portals

Best ATS
Jobdiva is the best ATS i have ever use. Its simple functionality make it different from other ATS. Its so easy that you don't require any or very less training to use Job Diva. The best think i like is the report section. It is very easy to pull any report such as submission, Interview, Notes, Rejection, Offers etc and track performance of recruiter.
Is can be a bit costly . Also it loads slowing. You will find difficult to filter candidates based on Visa status

Overall best ATS
JobDiva is one of the best ATS I came across. Its takes 2-3 days to learn its features but once you are hands-on its very simple to use. It is well integrated to different portals, and recruiter don't have to go to different portals to search resumes. Timesheet of consultant are also very easy to handle on Job diva.
Jobdiva is little slow. It is difficult to open multiple resumes. Fetching of new resumes may take time.

Wonderful ATS to work
Jobdiva is a Wonderful ATS to work. In Jobdiva, we can able to get profiles for both Junior as well as senior job openings. It is User friendly.
While using zipcode and miles, we are getting resumes beyond the miles mentioned and same profiles are repeated in the consecutive pages, which is irritating.

The Best ATS out there!
JobDiva has made my job as a recruiter so much easier. When it comes to cross referencing candidates from job boards, notes and history of candidates and just the overall easiness of submitting them to my clients.
It has bugs and can shut down a few times a month. It is very easy to learn and use and can find specific candidates easier with their boolean strings.

One of the best tool for candidate search & talent management. It has all the features which helps in find the right candidate with exact skillset. The best part is that while searching profile through internal database one can able to put the year of experience on skillset which helps in finding the right candidate for the job. The UI is excellent which makes it user friendly even a new user can use it without having any difficulty.
So far I didn't find any issue using this ATS

User Friendly ATS system ever
Job Diva is a user friendly platform. We can easily track candidates, manage notes, schedule interview, upload resumes and keep track of our activities
When searching candidates for a specific miles, for eg: 20 miles. Sometimes Diva pulls resumes which are 100-200 miles in distance. So it becomes a double job to open resume and then check the commute using the candidate and client address. Another issue what I have experienced is JD page freeze. Eg: when selecting "Ownership" of a candidate, the name list freezes and takes 10-15 seconds to scroll.

I would definitely recommend this ATS to others.
The ease of this system. Everything is right at your finger tips. finding candidates, submitting them, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
occasionally the system goes down for short periods of time. but other than that, there aren't really any Cons i can think of.
