Tab structure is terrible, and if you have to refresh you lose all your tabs that were open. Dashboards don't sync with data that is inputted.

Bullhorn was a very robust and comprehensive tracking system for contacts and for finding candidates and keeping track of all of the pertinent information.

It has tons of features and could grow with you. It also has a great marketplace so you can hire consultants to customize it.
