I like that we can assign hiring managers to their positions and empower them to review their resumes and make calls, this way they know what their program needs and being a non profit we have particular grants that have certain needs and the hiring managers know more about this.

I’d say overall it is worth the money, even though it is on the pricier side compared to other platforms.

The reporting is subpar and you would be better off with a different applicant tracking system.

I hope that in the future we can cerate a SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) where the data gets updated daily automatically.

We also use it to send offer letters, initiate onboarding activities, and schedule interviews.

By using TalentComp, we were able to push decisions around salary and bonus out to managers who could then make recommendations directly.   Although a brief Q&A tutorial was given to introduce TalentComp, the system itself was intuitive and easy to use.
