Although implementation during covid was rough, and going live, we still have many policies not correctly configured.   But after 3 years of using dayforce, I was able to modify some entitlement policies, pay policies that were not working properly.

The cost of the product is far too high, the search page is difficult for users to manage and find what they need, admin features were difficult to navigate and limited without extra add-ons (cost) and customer support is slow and not helpful.
