Although implementation during covid was rough, and going live, we still have many policies not correctly configured.   But after 3 years of using dayforce, I was able to modify some entitlement policies, pay policies that were not working properly.

It adds spaces to Role Titles and arbitrarily adds/removes formatting from descriptions.

Even though I'm in the tool multiple days a week, I often can't figure out how to find my own direct reports or another item I need.

The app just plain doesn't work at all (I have an iPhone 13 so the issue is not obsolete or incompatible tech) so I'm forced to use it via the browser which is not optimized for mobile at all.

I despise that a 2 factor verification is required EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in, even on the same personal device.

I used Dayforce for recruitment, it's been great at keeping my roles organized and sending communications and offer letters to candidates quickly.

I don't like that you can't add an attachment when sending an email, or that email responses aren't tracked in DF

It's slow to load, always under maintenance every Saturday during night shifts, and freaks out whenever I have to end a break early.
