Cons

So far so good need weekly email reports as well needs to be introduced

Good tracking software for measuring the productivity of the employees

In work from home, how much time my team was spending on the system was the toughest task because there are several task monitoring software is available but tracking and monitoring were not available to us. Desktrack simply solved this issue.

Pros

Easy to use the administrator portal and it is quite simple for the employees to install. One can easily maintain their privacy by easily logging off the software in case of any private work. Overall as an administrator, it gives you easy hand in simply monitoring the work productivity. In terms of services and value for money, it is quite better than other available tracking software.

Cons

Easy to use as an administrator. User report with time spent on application software in details gives us the simple calculation for increasing productivity.

very helpful to monitor employee who are working remotely & to monitor the activity of employee by checking their detailed URL report.

Cons

may not give you exact figures of working and idle hours, takes time to sync the data.

Good product at affordable pricing

The overall experience with the Desktrack was excellent. Faced some issues in the starting but then after resolution, it was working perfectly fine.

Pros

Desktrack was easy to use and easy to understand. Managing the application was also convenient. Coordination with support team was a another good experience as they were always ready to help.

Cons

There was nothing which was not liked in the software.

DeskTrack Assists with time management

The biggest benefit has been the ability to clearly know my time by project.

Pros

The SW has features that allow me to see where I am spending time. I helps from a billing perspective by allowing me to track the hours by contract.

Cons

I didn't find any issues setting p or using the SW.

it gave you complete visibility in terms of who is doing what? even you can track file-level timesheets. it's good software and recommends you to try it once.
