I think it would be useful for a large company, but for a smaller 75-100 employee company I would rather keep control of the benefit administration rather than going through Employee Navigator.

There aren't many things I don't like about Employee Navigator, it is easy to use and nearly foolproof.  

The reports they have are good, but they are limited.

It's simply the easiest program to use for employees and Administrators.

I have been a user for at least 5 years and other than adding integrations to 3-party applications, I have seen no development within the platform.

The reports that were then at your fingertips were amazing!

Although not their core feature, spending some more time on Onboarding (digital I9, and type in forms), as well as their Time and Attendance modules would be beneficial to invest in.
