Fountain is easy to learn and navigate, and has a QUICK interface which is always impressive and a major pro to any software that is used for business purposes.

There is no drop down arrow anymore  to notify the use that there is a duplicate application/account.

The interface can be really messy/ugly and sometimes difficult to sync with google calendars and other softwares used during hiring process.

Project Manager

Fountain's focus is on functionality and obviously less so in the UI. There's limited design customization which makes it hard to utilize certain features.
