The system is not overwhelming. If you have a less mature organization, you can keep the set up simple. If you have complex processes the system can handle it (e.g. we started with just having job titles during merit process in Complogix, then we used the system to implement a job structure with multiple dependencies (because our HRIS couldn't handle it).
