Manual edits were required for clocking in when it didn’t detect locations accurately.

It's a touch pricey if you have more than one store, and the customer support, while not terrible, does take a little time to get through to.

Having scheduling, time tracking, payroll, tax filing, workers comp insurance and audits all in one place is a lifesaver.

It covers the basics of what we need to do to schedule our team and communicate with them.

The chat rooms came in handy for daily medical notes for our staff and we could reference things that happened for each client as far back as we needed to go.

We only had 10 paid employees, but we also had 40+ volunteers.   While the app was great for scheduling our paid employees, we struggled using it for the volunteers.

However, if you have a larger operation or are looking for those better features, you may need to upgrade or consider a different product.

There are occasions where bugs do pop up, and they can be hard to mitigate thus making it difficult to continue the task at hand.
