Homebase since the beginning is constantly lagging. Whether it be to load pages, send or receive messages, especially sending images. Whether I am using the url on a desktop, or the app on my iPad or iPhone, it is extremely slow.

When setting up payroll for a new business they will not allow you to fully account for state/ federal taxes on payroll until you obtain a UI rating which cannot be done until you pay your first employee $1500+ in payroll payments.

I’ve used several apps-‘ especially regarding scheduling, I do wish it worked a little more intuitively - especially on touch devices - overall it works fine.

It's a touch pricey if you have more than one store, and the customer support, while not terrible, does take a little time to get through to.

I mostly use it for clocking in and out and track my hours in terms of an employee, and in terms of a shift admin i assign shifts based on the hours i can see on the website

That you are unable to add shifts to a booking if you booking multiple days, for example, if you book a block from Monday to Thursday, but don't book anything on the Wednesday, if you want to add a shift to Wednesday at a later date, you have to make a completely new booking for that one day.

What I like least about the application is that it does not notify people when they have an appointment on the same day and time with different companies, which has led me to have sudden cancellations.

Getting Reports for a year, too costly to use, for the payroll system, sometimes the system crashes at the most difficult time in the day.
