The length of time it takes to review and resolve time card issues is horrendously slow (each issue takes 30 to 60 seconds to even respond).

Homebase since the beginning is constantly lagging. Whether it be to load pages, send or receive messages, especially sending images. Whether I am using the url on a desktop, or the app on my iPad or iPhone, it is extremely slow.

It would be SO easy for us and our employees to be able to keep track of their vacation and make sure that they're getting paid, but again, we cannot justify paying for the "Plus" plan because we wouldn't use ANY of the other features besides the Time Off Policies.

When setting up payroll for a new business they will not allow you to fully account for state/ federal taxes on payroll until you obtain a UI rating which cannot be done until you pay your first employee $1500+ in payroll payments.

If you’re running a small-to-medium team, especially in hourly or shift-based work, Homebase offers a strong, user‐friendly option for scheduling, time-tracking, and communication.

While I do like scheduling- when I am building schedules sometimes things change- when I add a note to the shift and want to apply that note to other shifts already scheduled, it'll add a new shift instead of adding it to the existing one.

The marketing app was user‑friendly and helped streamline everyday tasks like scheduling promotions and managing communications. While some features were fairly basic, the platform was reliable and efficient for its intended purpose.

These features allow you to view and edit timecards with ease, helping you keep an accurate record of hours worked throughout the pay period.

This app allows me and my entire to collaborate on everything from scheduling to specific task for each individual along with allowing them access to their pay.

Homebase has everything you need in one platform from messaging, scheduling, time clock, requesting time off and change shifts.

Sometimes the hours didn’t show until 24 hours later, or if you clocked out it didn’t register so the supervisor had to go back in and manually change it

The free basic access does not allow you to do simple things like clock in, which is why I downloaded it in the first place.

It did not have the ability for employees to update their own time cards with a request to an administrator.

Excellent payroll app with convenient features including time tracking, clocking in and out, scheduling, and direct messages.

First the time clock button is right next to the logout button, so I was flooded with phone calls to log back into the time clock.
