One aspect I liked least about HR Avatar was that some of the scenarios felt a bit time-pressured, which made it challenging to fully think through every possible response. While the situations were realistic, there were moments where I wished there was slightly more time to analyze the options before selecting an answer.

I also appreciate how the platform helps employers make more informed hiring decisions while giving candidates the opportunity to demonstrate how they would perform in real job scenarios.

For newer IT positions, there aren't as many options for assessments, however you can create your own assessments if you would like. If I had to change one thing, if would have to be the length of a lot of the assessments.

One of the most noticeable aspects of the system is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and understand even for first-time users.
