The visibility for team members and schedulers makes the scheduling process so much easier to allow for shift management, scheduling, pick ups and payroll purposes.

The customer support has been very helpful with developing the platform, taking suggestions for improvements, and providing additional suggestions on ways we can continue to improve our existing platform.

Specifically, I like how you can create a shift and it automatically makes it a different color depending on the shift.

Paycor allows them to simply enter the number of hrs worked (without start and end times) on their app which means corrections before payroll. When employees request PTO they often request the wrong type not noticing the drop down Paycor provides for types of PTO.

Rather than streamlining HR and payroll processes, Paycor has required excessive time and effort to manage issues that should be simple.

The login relentlessly needed the full 2-factor authentication as well, even if you selected "Remember this device".
