It integrates well with Quickbooks Enterprise however, you do have to refresh the software connection every other payroll or so or the time has a tendency to not connect.

I like that employees can use both the physical clocks and the app to clock in and out since my employees are often on the move.

This saves a lot of time and keeps all the required records.

The Payclock app has a tendency to freeze up which can be fixed by closing and reopening the app.

We love how PayClock allows us to keep all punch ins and outs in one place, while also giving us the ability to record any absences.

I would recommend this product but facial recognition did not always work but is not necessary to it being a good product.

There are some features that could be less manual, and there are some features that could be more intuitive and less clunky.

It's easy to import my new employees from Quickbooks and set them up as new users.

You have to wait 1 minute to re clock or out.  

I like being able to easily clock in and out.

Not a huge pain, but a little frustrating sometimes..

So could be that there was an issue with power surges in our building that caused it.  

Overall, this is a very useful application for tracking employee time.

We just could not work out what was causing the clocks to go blank.

I found it inconvenient that your "set up" appointment didn't include the parameters set up, like PTO accruals, report pulling, general instructions, etc.
