INFIMA is a cloud-based security awareness training software designed to help businesses of all sizes create, launch, and manage multiple training programs to update employees about best practices, cybersecurity, compliance guidelines, and other security protocols via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to provide cyber knowledge, establish data handling processes, and instill safe online behavior across teams, departments, and employees.
INFIMA allows supervisors to automatically onboard new employees, add and removes users using automated synchronization, and evaluate threat response readiness of employees. Its predefined content modules let enterprises optimize employee engagement and provide access to various training sessions and exercises. The system automatically notifies employees about announcements, invitations, and scheduled training via email.
INFIMA enables administrators to design and launch simulated phishing attacks to assess and identify vulnerable employees and re-train them through re-targeted exercises. It also includes a centralized dashboard, which lets managers generate custom reports and gain insights into active campaigns, training progress, and results in real-time.
