If you need to work more than 8 hours, it forces you to keep an eye on the time right around that window just to hit 'clock in' again so you can keep tracking your extra hours

On top of that, the offline mode is pretty hit or miss and sometimes just loses your data if your connection drops. Plus, if you want the actually useful features like advanced scheduling, the paid tiers get pricey fast for larger teams, and unless you tweak the settings immediately, the app will straight up spam your phone with notifications.

You definitely have to deal with the occasional mobile app glitch, a bit of a learning curve when setting up custom tasks, and an offline mode that can be kind of moody. But if you just need a clean, daily tracker that integrates easily with stuff like Slack or Teams, it gets the job done better than most of its overpriced competitors.

The reporting challenges slow down my workflow, while the screenshot reliability problems and general system trust issues force both me and my team to spend additional time monitoring the monitoring system itself.
