Having worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years, I can honestly say JobAdder’s customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.

There are cheaper options available on the market but you lose some integration capabilities.

A business claiming to be a market leader should not treat its customers this way.

It is just the severe limitations we have with TimeAdder, which is conceptually a simple system and most of our candidates and clients use it with ease, but from a manager/administrator perspective, we can't troubleshoot (ie, reset a password, edit a timesheet, create a timesheet for a contractor, turn email reminders on or off, etc.) and it renders us helpless and JobAdder customer support either can't do anything or is perplexed by whatever the issue is.

I would be great if JA could automate some of the Skills input from a resume as this is still a time-consuming task when we could be doing other things.

The only con I can think of is the interface for my website wasn't customizable enough to fit the style.

I really appreciated how Apploi lets me monitor and track every candidate’s progress through our hiring pipeline in real time.

For example, status changes do not always update automatically without a browser refresh.

The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification.  

The only way I can view the candidates once they have changed status is in the employees tab.
