Having worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years, I can honestly say JobAdder’s customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.

There are cheaper options available on the market but you lose some integration capabilities.

It is just the severe limitations we have with TimeAdder, which is conceptually a simple system and most of our candidates and clients use it with ease, but from a manager/administrator perspective, we can't troubleshoot (ie, reset a password, edit a timesheet, create a timesheet for a contractor, turn email reminders on or off, etc.) and it renders us helpless and JobAdder customer support either can't do anything or is perplexed by whatever the issue is.

The JobAdder development is constantly making improvements, and new service providers / Add-ons are regularly added, and yet some of the basics don't seem to get finished...like updating the Contact screen so that is is the same as the updated Candidate screen.

The ability to search our own database for candidates for new jobs is not as efficient as using say SEEK or LinkedIn Recruiter.

Administrators should be able to be the ones to send reset password emails at any time and not rely on JobAdder to communicate with TimeAdder and "hope and pray" that it goes through.

There was a bit of a learning curve for our users / administrators of the system to navigate through the various pages/listing/options.

Just when you use a function it should opens tabs at the side so we have multiple windows and not go back

I would be great if JA could automate some of the Skills input from a resume as this is still a time-consuming task when we could be doing other things.

I use to use Salesforce and Target Recruit and I had to employ a database administrator to help with the backend.

The only con I can think of is the interface for my website wasn't customizable enough to fit the style.  

Everything you need is all in one place with clever integrations that keep on being developed, with new ones being added regularly.

Can't cross reference candidate profiles directly to other client profiles and open orders as easily, and tracking them through the process isn't as usable/readable and it can be hard to tell where a candidate is in an interview process since there aren't really complex status options.
