The usability, search function and the amazing customer support staff have made this product exceptional.

There were times at the start of using the software that the vendor took a little long to sort the problem we had an issue with. But this only happened once.

At this stage (Sept 2019) there is no update from JobAddder as to when they will be able to integrate with the UK Job Boards in the same way as Broadbean etc.

Excellent, except for being able to call someone and get assistance.

The alternative is to switch the application form back on however we risk candidates not applying for vacancies if they are not able apply easily via the Job Boards.

Conversion over to Job Adder from our previous ATS was straightforward, we had to some database clean up, but nothing that was a challenge.

It's like having escrow and a mediator for any client/contractor relationship. I've worked as both a client and contractor on the platform and love what it offers.

It was a painful process and then a few days later Upwork suddenly sent us an email (me and the client) saying that our accounts have been suspended.
