It has been a wonderful platform to recognize colleagues and friends. A means to recognize talents, performance, etc.
Communicating achievements to team and colleagues. Ease of use.
It should have direct access not through logging in. It should be a platform you should access directly with your corporate login details.

Recognize colleagues work in a prffessional way
The way the kudos appears when one update it then it will be the first to see. May be it should be by mentioned then department colleagues then all colleagues.

Need swag a lot cheaper. Seems like high prices makes it impossible to cash in your Kudos.
It allows you to recognize your peers instantly.
It doesn't tell you how much each kudos points equal a dollar amount $$.

It's so easy to be able to recognize my coworkers for doing a job well done that exemplifies our core values.
We just started using this product not too long ago and I don't have anything that I can say that I don't like about it yet.

The benefit is that it allows you to recognize a team member in an organized way and with the organization notified to be able to see and recognize the individual or teams as well.

Ability to recognize not only exceptional performance but also consistent quality work.
I like the simplicity of awarding "Kudos" and adding your personal comments.
There are only a few "qualities" to select from. It would be nice to add others, such as unique, thoughtful, etc.

I have had a nice experience with kudos, its such an amazing feeling being appreciated and also being recognized and able to recognize others for the hard work they put in. its not time consuming, it only takes a minute to recognize that someone.
Its user friendly and easy recognize the well talented staff
Easy to login, its so fast you dont have to struggle just for you to have access to it

I love how we can use this to recognize and give kudos to our co-workers, regardless of location. It is also nice to have this public praise within the company as it helps build us up as a team and fosters a positive atmosphere.
I like everything I use and have nothing that I don't like in this software.
