As a solo training department supporting roughly 1,700 warehouse associates across multiple locations, I needed an LMS that could handle role-specific learning paths, e-signature acknowledgements, prerequisites, and reporting without requiring a dedicated admin team to run it.

The platform handles team collaboration well through groups and learning paths, which lets us segment content by role, location, and management level without duplicating courses.

There are a few areas for improvement, such as reminder timing, browser compatibility and the need to use Microsoft Teams to invite and contact the team, but overall a highly effective LMS

Great customer support, integrations are great, general usability is clear after some customization for learners.

Mostly it just works - and when it doesn't, the support team will stick with the problem until it gets resolved.

At the moment their content creation tool is through another platform called Easygenerator and although this is linked to the LU it does mean navigating away from our internal LMS.

There was plenty of flexibility for training options as well as the ability to create diverse assessment question types.

I find this software very easy to use and the AI tools it has to offer within it when creating courses or incorporating certain content are very useful.

It seems to be lagging behind some of its competitors in the implementation of learning journeys and the use of AI.
