Payroll managers can input data relating to company-wide gross salaries, sick leave, holidays, taxes, bonuses, and deductions. From this information, Loon can calculate individual employee salaries and provide detailed breakdowns of deductions and bonuses.

Within Loon, a wage file is created for each employee, allowing them anytime access to their contracts, current or previous payslips, tax information, holiday allowances, bonuses, incentive schemes, and more. While the figures are calculated automatically using Loom, managers can also enter their own provisions and make changes to already existing figures and information such as probationary periods or contract durations. Loom is fully compliant with regional and national employment laws, meaning Loon will send a warning notification to administrators if any manually inputted changes are not legally compliant.

With Loon, businesses can complete their tax returns using the data provided on each employee, as well as overall businesses finances. Loon uses the data to calculate tax returns which users can submit digitally through the platform using the Loon Declaration Service.
