Pros

The MentorcliQ team shared their expertise and recommended best practices which made our configuration decisions so super easy. We are excited to launch our new mentoring program very soon.
In addition, our success coach is a great partner to our company and provides valuable advice and guidance from his years of experience with mentoring and passion for the subject area.
The MentorcliQ team is a pleasure to work with - very helpful and responsive.

Pros

They've been so helpful during setup with their recommendations and resource library. Also, live support is super helpful at any point in the program.
Very happy with our decision to use Qooper for our mentoring needs. It's very user friendly, provides excellent data and analytics, easy to interact with, upload items, share information.
We switched from MentoCore to Qooper this year and we have already seen a great difference. We love the engagement between mentors and mentees and customer service is top notch.

Cons

The only con I have experienced is that there is no spell check on the program administrator side. No one wants to send out mass emails with spelling mistakes or typos.
We have not identified any features or functionality that is missing.
Another frustrating aspect (early on) was understanding all of the automation (e.g. backend communications) and how to make it work for us.

Cons

Tags are a little daunting and can be difficult for end-users to understand how to get them to work to move forward in completing a task.
I may have lost a few participants but all the ones that did take part were involved to the fullest.
In addition, you are not able to share files using the feature so may of our pairs used Zoom or another platform for their calls. In addition, emails sent from Qooper may end up in spam folders.
