Qooper is a brandable mentorship management solution for both mentors and mentees with tools for communication, meeting scheduling, two-way video chat, engagement tracking, feedback collection, and more. The cloud-based solution offers mentor program overviews, mentor matching tools, events planning, and news announcements publishing, and helps mentoring programs measure the success of the program with detailed visual reports. The cloud-based solution can be utilized on desktops or mobile devices using the Android and iPhone apps, for communication on-the-go.
The Qooper platform comes with branded mentorship apps that make the program instantly accessible anywhere, anytime, from any device, with the business logo in the forefront of every push notification. As participants download the mentoring app and create profiles, they show up on the Qooper backend for matching. Matches can be made using the smart auto-match tool which uses algorithms and machine learning to create optimized relationships between mentors and mentees based on their needs and experience. Mentees are also able to choose their own mentors when the self-match functionality is enabled. Matched mentors and mentees receive introductory push notifications once matched, and they can then begin to utilize the communication and mentoring tools in the mentorship app.
Once onboarded, mentors and mentees are able to communicate with each other within the Qooper app using the chat or video call features. Users can schedule meetings, either in person or via video call within the app, and meetings can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by either of the participants. Activity timelines are provided to allow mentors to track their mentee's or peer's invitations, meetings, conversations, and more. Notes and feedback can be submitted after each meeting in order to track progress towards goals and ensure that the partnership is working. Visual reports are provided on metrics such as mentorship engagement, member activity, supply and demand of skills, and more, in order to help measure program performance.
