Netchex can do pretty much all things HR: from payroll to annual evaluations and tracking of training and education.

Let me give you a tiny snip of information to see what I am referring to: all holidays have to be manually added to timecards every time (there is no way to place your holidays in to auto place it for that day based on pay group etc.), no reports that are created can be ran to PDF, and while on reporting, there isn't a feature to search for what you are looking for.

I like the accuracy and in the payroll and security which helps to ensure the privacy of each employee

Took months to get incorrect PTO numbers corrected for staff and Admin and still having issues with it not being quite right.

Payroll process are streamlined, editing of time, time approval, are easy.

One aspect that I often appreciate about Netchex is its ability to automate calculations for various elements such as wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.

The pros about Netchex is that it allows for a streamline and user friendly process as it relates to recording time and payroll.

If you are used to Paycom or are more modern in technology, this system will drive you crazy.

I like that you don't have to log all the way in to clock in/out.

You are able to see your employees hours to make sure they are not going into overtime.

This system makes my job harder in every aspect outside of payroll.

Not user friendly for admin or staff and not at all attractive to look at.

I also like that there is a lunch in/out button.

It is incredibly frustrating, time consuming, and inefficient.

Be prepared to do several massive spreadsheets and HOURS of training.  

I always have to use a new browser to switch over.

I have had many companies offer us pricing to move to another provider and no one has ever gotten remotely close to the price we pay to Netchex.

At one times, employees were even able to clock in on their phones because it was protected by a firewall.

They have been helpful in answer all of our questions and making the transfer seamless.

We have to take some extra steps to figure things out, but the customer service has always been helpful.

We paid for NetBenefits to integrate with our health insurance provider and there has been no file transfer take place in almost 2 years.

Scheduling Coordinator

This is frustrating because if it is not caught in time, it can cause discrepancies in payroll that take time to correct, which can then cause financial hardship for employees!

I enjoy how to you can assign certificates.

It is nice that you can customize the dashboard.

The sales team was involved and detailed but the staff at Netchex appear to be not well trained and far from experts in payroll and HR processing.

I love the easy to use website and mobile app that Netchex offers.

Netchex is the easiest payroll software to use that I have encountered.

You can also set up helpful templates to contact interviewees or soon-to-be employees to let them know about any paper work they need to complete (all online!) or to simply send them an email you set up beforehand.

I also like that we can see our PTO/Sick hours and it tells us how much we have left, we can request the days off and make changes.

Netchex is a very easy to use program that is also very accurate.

If I forget to clock in or out the system will not let me fix it.  

I would recommend to any dealership/ service department.

Our time punches often seem to disappear or change on their own behind the scenes.

There is some information we can not see on employees unless we run a report right now.
