For example, there have been times when it wouldn’t let me log in unless I selected my position, but the drop-down menu didn’t show any position options.

From a business perspective it saves hours of juggling rota planning, has a nifty document sharing and storage facility and builds in coatings for shifts.

not so much a dislike more a feature I would benefit from is if there was an option to bulk print rotas, for example we post our rotas 4 weeks in advance (they get posted due to this being the preference as they are not good with technology) at the moment I have to print every individual locations Rota for every one of the 4 weeks and doing this for everyone is just so time consuming, so if there was a way to bulk print chosen locations from a date to date that would be very beneficial but other than that I have no dislikes about the system at all.

Viewing the weekly schedule in one screen allows us to keep on top of our planning.

As a smaller, independent, single location business we have not found a need for the pro functionality but it is nice to know it is there if we ever require it.
