The training module is perfect in an continuous professional development driven environment.

Not a fault of the software, I say that to say because of how it is allowed to me by my employer, I do not have any complaints about the software itself.

Though this may be minute, it’s user interface is rather basic, whereas modifications could be made to the software for it to appear more “modern”

This software is easy to use in managing and updating employee information (bio, academic qualifications, promotions etc).

You have all the necessary information stored in there and you can always check your balance, your performance, even your colleague's birthdays and anniversaries, which is nice.

Helpful to track our performance and tasks.

Software QA Engineer

It was an easy to learn tool and helpful for all the employee to keep a track of their performance, leave like important matters.

It would be great to see the balance left until the end of the year, instead of having to manually input that timeframe. But I can't tell for sure if this is something set by OrangeHRM or an option that each company can take once setting it up.

As an employee it is really easy t focus on HR things with that one tool.

My experience with OrangeHRM is a good one in general, I am happy with the functionalities and the information that I have access to in the platform.

I think the calculation of the vacation days could be made easier.

Customer support is not the desired, we had some hard time to receive clear instructions for troubleshooting.

we encountered more and more buggy behaviour on Scale using Monday.com to a point where we canceled the subscription. But then the horror happened. When the plan is canceled EVERY team member (Employee) will see a big warning banner EVERY SINGLE DAY saying: "Your plan's renewal has been cancelled and you will be blocked on August 6, 2025".- this is a huge NO GO and Customer service said there is nothing to do to prevent this from showing to every team member.
