We cannot process payroll as they told we would, we cannot get a functioning GL, their ATS cannot facilitate communication and cannot perform any scheduling functions, and Paycom seems to think employee onboarding begins at their start date, so we cannot facilitate any tasks or communication prior to that date.

As I mentioned BETI has made my work life better because with the "Approve my Paycheck " feature, employees have been able to inform me of issues they see with their payroll before I start processing payroll rather than on Payday when reversing payments or additional physical checks would be needed to reconcile the situation.

The product was misrepresented to us during the sales process and four key areas that were table stakes for us have been nothing of what was advertised.

The ability to self-onboard, keep all documents on Paycom so I am able to do away with paper charts.

Some of the modules are outdated (leave administration); Lacks certain modules---employee relations; recognition.  

Additionally, while all of our implementation managers and long-term support specialists have been really nice, the high turnover and the varying levels of expertise have adversely impacted our overall experience.

Sometimes getting used to the Paycom portal after an update takes me a minute, but if I ever need assistance, my Paycom specialist is just a phone call away.

The only other thing is there are still some special characters it doesnt like and when copying and pasting in certain screens, it takes a professional editor to figure out why you cant save.
